GENERAL INFORMATION
- Please note that delegates are responsible for paying their own accommodation and balance of their account on checkout.
- Standard accommodation venues check-in is from 2.00pm and check out is 11.00am.
- Individual hotels may vary. All changes to accommodation booked through Conference Logistics must be notified in writing by emailing margaret@eqsevents.co.za.
- Transportation to and from the overflow accommodation venues will be provided and detailed departure times will be made available to all delegates. Shuttles will also be available at Klein Kariba and Warmbaths to the main conference hall and meeting rooms. see the map on : Link
